상세 정보

The biceps brachii is a two-headed muscle located on the front of the upper arm. It has a long head and a short head, both originating from the scapula and inserting into the radius. It flexes the elbow, supinates the forearm (rotates palm up), and assists in shoulder flexion. Well-developed biceps are a symbol of strength and are targeted by curls and chin-ups.
