Informazzjoni Dettaljata

The trapezius is a large, diamond-shaped muscle that extends from the base of the skull to the mid-back. It has three parts: upper (elevates scapula), middle (retracts scapula), and lower (depresses scapula). It is responsible for shrugging movements, pulling the shoulders back, and maintaining proper posture. The upper traps are often overdeveloped in people with poor posture.
