Leveä selkälihas-lihas

Yksityiskohtaiset tiedot

The latissimus dorsi, commonly called "lats", is the largest muscle in the back. It originates from the lower spine, iliac crest, and lower ribs, and inserts into the humerus. It is responsible for pulling movements, shoulder extension, adduction, and internal rotation. Well-developed lats create the classic V-taper physique and are essential for exercises like pull-ups, rows, and deadlifts.
