Thông tin chi tiết

The deltoids are the rounded muscles that cap the shoulders. They consist of three parts: anterior (front), lateral (side), and posterior (rear). The anterior deltoid flexes and internally rotates the shoulder, the lateral deltoid abducts the arm, and the posterior deltoid extends and externally rotates the shoulder. Well-developed deltoids create the classic "broad shoulders" appearance.
