Pectoralis Major-muskel

Detaljerede oplysninger

The pectoralis major is a thick, fan-shaped muscle that makes up the bulk of the chest. It originates from the clavicle, sternum, and ribs, and inserts into the humerus. It is responsible for pushing movements, bringing the arms together, and rotating the shoulder inward. Well-developed pectoralis major muscles create the classic "chest" appearance.
