Músculo Isquiotibiais

Informação detalhada

The hamstrings consist of three muscles on the back of the thigh: biceps femoris, semitendinosus, and semimembranosus. They originate from the ischial tuberosity (except the short head of biceps femoris) and insert into the tibia and fibula. They flex the knee and extend the hip. They are essential for running, jumping, and are heavily involved in deadlifts.
