Informació detallada

The posterior deltoid is the rear portion of the deltoid muscle. It originates from the spine of the scapula and inserts into the deltoid tuberosity of the humerus. It is responsible for shoulder extension (moving the arm backward) and external rotation. It is often underdeveloped and is targeted by rear delt raises and face pulls.
