Muskeln Adduktorer

Detaljerad information

The adductors consist of several muscles: adductor magnus, adductor longus, adductor brevis, gracilis, and pectineus. They are located on the inner thigh and originate from the pubis and ischium, inserting into the femur. They adduct the hip (bring the leg toward the midline) and assist in hip flexion and extension. Strong adductors are important for hip stability and athletic performance.
