Üksikasjalik teave

The internal obliques are located deep to the external obliques. They originate from the iliac crest, inguinal ligament, and thoracolumbar fascia, and insert into the lower three ribs and linea alba. They rotate the trunk to the same side and laterally flex the spine. They also assist in compressing the abdomen and flexing the spine.
