Peanut Butter — photo 1

Peanut butter is ground roasted peanuts, spread on bread, stirred into oatmeal and used in sauces and baking. Two tablespoons (about 30 g) have about 180 kcal, 7 g of protein and 15 g of mostly unsaturated fat, and are high in niacin and manganese, with a good amount of vitamin E. This regular style has about 3 g of sugar, part of it added, and 130 mg of sodium per serving; natural peanut butter is only peanuts and sometimes salt.
