Moderate nutritional value
Wheat noodles made with egg, values for the dry unenriched noodles.
Dry egg noodles are made from wheat flour and egg, dried as ribbons or nests, and boiled before eating in soups, casseroles and side dishes. A 60 g dry portion has about 230 kcal and 8.5 g of protein and supplies most of the daily value of selenium, plus some manganese and copper. These values are for unenriched noodles. They weigh about 2.8 times as much after boiling, so 60 g dry gives roughly 170 g cooked.
