Exceptional nutritional value
Skinless, boneless chicken breast, values for raw meat.
Skinless chicken breast is the leanest common cut of chicken, eaten grilled, baked, poached or sliced into stir-fries and salads. A 150 g raw portion gives about 34 g of protein with under 4 g of fat, and is high in niacin, vitamin B6, selenium and phosphorus. The values are for raw meat: chicken loses about 25% of its weight when cooked, so 150 g raw becomes roughly 110 g cooked.
