Closest by macronutrient profile
Peel the thin membrane off the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and cayenne into a dry rub.
Coat the ribs all over with the rub and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Wrap the ribs in foil and bake at 150C for about 2.5 hours until the meat is tender.
Unwrap the ribs, brush both sides generously with BBQ sauce.
Return to a 220C oven or hot grill for 15 to 20 minutes, glazing again until sticky and caramelized.
Rest for 10 minutes, then cut between the bones and serve with extra sauce.
