cyhyr Teres Major

Gwybodaeth Fanwl

The teres major is a thick, rounded muscle located on the posterior aspect of the shoulder. It originates from the inferior angle of the scapula and inserts into the humerus. It works closely with the latissimus dorsi to extend, adduct, and internally rotate the shoulder. It is often called "lat's little helper" because of its similar functions.
