Детальна інформація

The gracilis is the most superficial and medial of the adductor muscles. It originates from the pubis and inserts into the medial surface of the tibia, making it the only adductor that crosses both the hip and knee joints. It adducts the hip and assists in knee flexion and internal rotation. It is often involved in groin strains and is sometimes used as a tendon graft source.
