Greek Yogurt — photo 1

Greek yogurt is yogurt strained to remove much of the whey, which makes it thick and roughly doubles its protein. A 150 g serving gives about 15 g of protein for about 110 kcal and is high in vitamin B12, riboflavin and selenium. Straining also removes some lactose and calcium, so it has less of both than regular yogurt, and flavored versions add sugar.
