Fried dough in cinnamon sugar.

Churros — photo 1

Churros are sticks of choux-style dough made from flour, water, butter or oil and sometimes egg, piped through a star nozzle, deep-fried until crisp and rolled in cinnamon sugar, often served with thick hot chocolate for dipping. They are high in fat from the frying and in refined carbohydrate and sugar. A 100 g portion, three or four churros, has around 380 kcal before any chocolate.
