Exceptional nutritional value
Tomato, cucumber, feta and olives.
Greek salad is chunks of tomato, cucumber, red onion and green pepper with kalamata olives and a slab of feta, dressed with olive oil and dried oregano; the classic version has no lettuce. Most of its calories come from the olive oil, olives and feta, and the feta and olives also make it fairly salty. A tablespoon of olive oil adds about 120 kcal, so measure it rather than pouring freely.
