Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk just until combined; a few lumps are fine.
Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in about 60 ml of batter per pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges set, about 2 minutes, then flip.
Cook the other side until golden, about 1 minute more.
Stack the pancakes and serve warm with butter and maple syrup.
