Marinate the meat with yogurt, garlic, olive oil, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper for at least 1 hour.
Sear the meat in a hot pan or on a grill in batches until browned and cooked through with crisp edges.
Warm the pita breads briefly in a dry pan or over a flame until soft and pliable.
Spread tzatziki over each warm pita.
Add the hot meat, sliced tomato and red onion.
Roll up tightly, wrap in paper and serve with extra tzatziki.
